Does JD offer trial classes?
Absolutely! And they are always 100% free! We offer trial classes at all times of the year because we know how valuable it is to have your child try out the acitivity before laying out the money to sign them up long-term. To schedule a FREE trial class contact us!
What do I need to bring/wear?
If you are just trying out the class for the first time, have your dancer wear comfortable clothes they can move in such as leggings and a plain t-shirt. Outside shoes are not permitted inside the dance studio room, so have your dancer wear socks if they do not have proper dance shoes yet. Always pack a water for class and have your hair pulled back. What is included in tuition?
Your monthly tuition includes more than just dance class! You will receive small and individualized class sizes, growth in both physical and mental health, dancers will gain confidence inside and outside of the dance studio and of course, make new friends. Each dance class participates in our annual Recital in June, therefore dancers will also receive the experience of learning and performing choreography as a class. Do I need previous experience?
No, you definitely do not need previous experience for every class at JD Dance Studio. However, classes above the beginner level as well as pointe and company classes require prerequisites. Please speak to our staff for more information.
