From your first evaluation to stepping on stage, our Competition Team program is designed to help dancers grow with confidence, discipline, and a love for performing. Every step of the journey is guided by experienced instructors in a positive and supportive environment.
Audition or Evaluation
Meet with our instructors as we assess your dancer's experience, skills, and goals to determine the best team placement.
Team Placement
Dancers are placed on the team that best matches their age, ability, and commitment level to ensure continued growth and success.
Weekly Training

Our dancers have competed for many years, each year they have won multiple high score awards, placed among top scoring routines, received special judge's awards, choreography awards and more! Our teams are the best of the best!
Specialty Routines
We offer solos, duets, trios at all levels and in all styles. Dancers may be selected for speciality routines at Company Auditions. All dancers may select specialty routine preferences.
Various Styles
Our competitive teams learn a variety of group choreography in multiple styles. We offer one or more of the following: Tap, Jazz, HipHop, Contemporary, Lyrical, Acro and Musical Theater.
Regional Competitions
Our competitive teams compete in 3-4 regional competitions per year. These regional competitions take place in March-April. All competition dates are received at the start of each season. All regionals are located on Long Island.
All Ages 5+
We offer all aged dancers to audition for our competitive teams! Dancers 7 and under may only be permitted to compete on our Mini Team to ensure a comfortable transition into the commitment of our competitive teams.
National Competitions
Each year, our competitive teams attend a National Competition located within driving distance of the studio. National Competition dates and locations are announced at the beginning of each season to allow families ample time to plan. Our Nationals events are typically held in the Northeast and take place during the early summer months.
